Control of Major Accidents & Hazards

The HSE and the Environment Agency combine to ensure that companies whose business represents risk to persons and the environment are required to prepare a Safety Plan and a COMAH report. An example of this is an importer of fireworks where storage, handling and distribution must meet HSE and Environment standards. The Consultancy will manage the preparation of the Safety Plan and submission of a COMAH report for the client.
